Our story
What the name stands for
Cabana Residence builds houses in Jakarta and hands them over finished. The first, Cabana Residence Cijantung, is a gated cluster on Jl. Pendidikan III in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, with three two-storey types: Oak on 72 m² of land, Mahogany on 78 m² and Afromosia on 85 m², each with an SHM certificate and a carport for two cars. The second, Cabana Residence Kemang, stands on Jl. Kemang Selatan II in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta: one four-storey house on 180 m² of land with 470 m² of building, a private pool, a private lift, a rooftop terrace and a garage for four cars. The two are built to different briefs, so read each project's own pages for what it publishes.
